With Broderie Perse applique, or Cut Out Chintz as it is also known, being so very popular I thought I would just quickly show you an excellent book on the subject.
My own copy I bought second hand several years ago and I refer to it often. The fabrics are a little dated by today's standards however this is an excellent book as a reference for the different techniques you can use to achieve this delightful method of applique.
